Positive: If you’re after a private, apartment-style hotel, this is an excellent choice. The room was spotless on arrival, with fresh bedding and comfortable air conditioning. A real highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your door in a charming basket filled with plenty of bread, spreads, yoghurts, and juice. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and stress-free. It is the type of hotel for a tourist that spends most of their day exploring the city, who then knows they’ll return to a nice, clean room in a relatively safe location, wake up in the morning, have a great breakfast and head out again to enjoy the day! (The breakfast is also perfect to take as a mini packed lunch) Generally speaking, the hotel is very fuss-free and its location is particularly convenient, within easy reach of several train lines, including the well-known Line 6 that takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding neighbourhood feels safe and is dotted with lovely local cafés. If you’re looking for something functional as a tourist yet still stylish, not overly flashy but still pleasant, this hotel is a fantastic option. Will definitely be returning! The photos attached are of the 6-person apartment (ladder to the mini loft conversion included) and the local area.
Negative: Daily room service is not provided, which was fine; however, if it is of particular importance to you, I suggest you request it at reception. Due to the nature of the street and the tall buildings, and no fault of the hotel, the room received minimal sunlight.

Negative: Allocation of room 3 stairs plus chamber not good a cess. The stairs too difficult to manoeuvre for us due to our age

Positive: I was able to combine a one week stay for business, with my family staying with me a couple of days. We mixed work and leisure easily, in Montparnasse, close to lovely rue Daguerre, which has everything you would ever need. The price was very reasonable for three people in that location. The staff very attentive. Breakfast delivered in the appartement. Lovely outside courtyard. I even got access to my room at 7:30AM, coming from the airport, which was an incredible gift.
Negative: The suite was very small, even though it had everything. And noise isolation was less than perfect. For 240 Euros per night, for 3, in Paris, this is understandable.
Summary: Affordable appartement hôtel for 3/4 people in Montparnasse.

Positive: Very nicely renovated old building, congratulations to the architects and the owners. Nice neighbourhood, very calm. Several metro stations at walking distance. The garden at entrance must be great in spring.
Negative: if you are not used to old buildings, the smell from water system may surprise you. The room is rather small and there is no elevator. If you have big luggages, it may be challenging. The room where we stayed started to deteriorate, door of the bathroom, the sofa, the furniture of the kitchen corner need to be fixed. It is a pity for such a nicely renovated place.

Negative: We kept running out of hot water and didn't have any on the day of the checkout. The bedroom had no window and the heater wouldn't stop heating even when you fully turned it off (the other heaters worked ok), so the bedroom was too hot to sleep in. There were also weird stains on the doors and the bed. Overall also a lot of small inconveniences like no plugs near the beds, the coffee table (only table) leg is broken, etc.
