Summary: The hotel is within walking distance from the railway station and the centrum. Service in the check-in and breakfast were really nice. Hotel lobby is renovated but the rooms are really outdated and in need of renovation.

Summary: Modest hotel in the heart of Annecy. Modest is a good description of the room, breakfast and of the whole hotel. Good value for your money, if you are on budget trip or just look for a place to stay over night in the centre!

Summary: Everything was perfect except room facing street was very noisy on Sunday night not sure if it was truck noise/delivery or garbage pick up people were talking out loud past 2 am . Even with earplugs was little uncomfortable. Room is clean but basic . Lobby is very cute and staff are happy and helpful. Fresh grapefruit flavoured water was refreshing on arrival. Breakfast was decent (boiled eggs + some fruits , bread n cheese , jam ) I would return but would ask for a room facing river not street

Summary: Wonderful day! This is the perfect spot to do all my sightseeing in town. I don’t know what the young man’s name but one of your desk people spent a lot of time with me one day trying to get my email and Wi-Fi straightened out. We never did get it done, but he spent a lot of time helping me after he had just gotten off work. He is to be commended For going above and beyond to try to help me.

Summary: Although their listing on Expedia mentioned available parking, they did not offer that. There is an adjacent parking garage though. That, however, was full plus limited to 1,9 M high cars (or even lower). It wasn't very hard to find a (street) parking spot 5 minute walk away for an acceptable tariff. Other than that small error in the listing it is a very nice place. Friendly service around the clock too. It will be my place to stay my next visit to Annecy!
