Positive: Everyone at the front desk was very nice, answered any questions we had and accommodated any request we had. The location is excellent and the coffee and warm croissant for breakfast was perfect before hitting the road. We were driving through France and I love staying at hotels with an ocean view and not only did we have an ocean view, but this hotel was very easy to get to and leave Antibes from in the morning.
Negative: Nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

Positive: The rooms(2)- although small - and bathrooms are nice and clean with full sea view ; Aircondition worked efficiently ; nice and clean sand-beach, not pebbles or rocks, with sunrise in front of the hotel ; Staffers are helpful and polite ; not too far to walk to the Old Town and places of interest.
Negative: There is no elevator ,so having big luggages caused some difficulty.
Summary: Comfy, safe, enjoyable !

Positive: Very nice staff, we got an early check in which was very nice travelling with 3 children. Very good breakfast. Beach just across the road, and the Old town is just a 10min walk away, along the coast promenade

Negative: Room cleaning was a bit slap dash and done very late in the day. Not very nice to come back at lunchtime to an unmade bed etc.

Positive: Very close to the sea. Nice & welcoming staff( reception & cleaning). clean even though a bit outdated here & there (a few chips at the corners) Good & enough breakfast. We didn’t expect more than pastries & coffee ->so eggs& cheese selection were a plus Pet friendly (huge plus for us). Free public parking if front of the hotel ( until June 1st)
Negative: It can be noisy if u are a light sleeper -it is right by the main street. The individual utensils use for breakfast quite annoying. You don’t even have this in a 5*hotel. Give them a good wash before putting them there, people only use the handle. But , whatever, the rules came after certain experiences, I am sure.

Positive: The beach was near but the main areas were 20/25 mins away. The bus was hit and miss, never on time or did not show. We had to order a Taxi one evening as the bus never showed. The hotel is a converted motel where we had to go up stairs to the 2nd floor then use more stairs to go down to our room. Very clean.
Negative: The breakfast had little choices we had to boil our own eggs, only one bread choice. The staff was good but had only one worker to serve all the breakfast people. The front counter staff were helpful. It is a convenient location for beach goers, but not for site seeing. If you have difficulty walking, be prepared to take Taxis.
