Summary: Great location of the hotel, very central. Unfortunately the aircon wasn’t working, therefore too hot in the room, if u open window it was too loud from the street (very lively atmosphere, bars, restaurants) either way was impossible to sleep. Other that that was great! Good breakfast option, helpful staff, clean and comfortable. 5 star when u fix the aircon ;-)

Summary: No Air conditioning. Advertised with AC, but showed up and AC was not working. 2 days without AC. Shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor because not properly sealed. Trash from the previous customer in the trash can.

Summary: The hotel is OK, rooms are very, very small with minimal amount of furniture. The bathroom is even smaller… Be prepared to walk stairs as the elevator is very old and very small, never seen such a small elevator; in addition, it was broken most of the time we were there. On a positive side, the hotels is clean, staff is friendly, location is very convenient. Good sound proofing from street noise.

Summary: The hotel was well located, and check in and out easy, but the positives ended there (except for two good employees out of five met). Upon arrival, the lift was out of order and so had to lug suitcases up 7 floors unaided and I felt like an inconvenience to the staff member who appeared to be having a social gathering. The room was not the cleanest with hair and other stains on the bed and bins that hadn’t been emptied. Twice during the stay the water stopped working, multiple times it was brown. It has potential but the customer service aspect and cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Summary: The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable.
