Positive: The property was exactly as described, very French and classical decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Was able to park our motorcycles outside the front of the property and the gates were locked at night.
Negative: Thought that more effort could have been made for breakfast although the staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
Summary: Fabulous stay with only minutes walk to the main area.

Positive: Wonderful welcome from Mersault? I think that was his name. From the second we went in through the gates were overwhelmed by how beautiful this place was . Stayed in the “Queens” room (2). Beautiful 4 poster bed. Absolutely spotless. Drinks served down by the pool and later on at night in the garden. Just so much character! Couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be back again. Felt safe parking the car there as gates are closed at nighttime ( you get a card to open them as a guest. Only 5 mins walk down to the old port.
Negative: Honestly, we enjoyed every aspect of our short stay.

Positive: The hotel and staff are excellent - would stay again 5 min walk to the town I would have given it 9.9 if it was an option
Negative: Parking space is tight, however we did not have any problems You might have to leave your keys with the staff to move your car around to let people in/out
