Positive: Nice big room, big bed and big bathroom. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening - has a nice ambiance, efficient staff and excellent food and wine.

Negative: We were in room 11 and its quite noisy during the night. It is above a roller shutter door and street facing, so we had delivery noise and the refuse lorry to deal with. The pool and sauna needs to be pre-booked in 1 hour slots and the pool is freezing. The coffee machine was intermittent but our fault that we didn't bother reporting it - sorry to the next people. The property policy on Booking.com claims it is a 'No Pets' hotel which is why we booked it (because of allergies) but on pre-registration they asked if we were bringing a pet because they are VERY pet friendly. We raised this as an issue and they assured us that a special clean would be done in the room and when we arrived the receptionist said it had been months since anyone had stayed with an animal.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ballu in Paris. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, making the experience smooth and welcoming. The facilities are in excellent condition, and I found it very comfortable even for working during my stay. The food was also quite good, which added to the overall experience. A great choice for both leisure and work in Paris.

Positive: The property was tucked away in a quiet street but also only ten minutes from the Moulin Rouge and a beautiful walk to sights and open top bus pick up. The property was classily decorated and had a beautiful garden are which was sheltered and could be covered to enjoy meals and drinks. The food was delicious and the service excellent
