Negative: The bedroom had little light and it smelled strange. Also the carpet on the floors give a sense of lack of cleanliness.

Negative: City very quiet with most bars and restaurants shut on a Sunday/Monday . Not the Hotels fault though!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is near the quay (10 mins walk) where there are museums and restaurants. There are also several restaurants close by the hotel. The room had all that we expected and was comfortable.
Negative: We were delayed checking in. The hotel reception is closed over lunch and should have reopened at 3pm, when we arrived. We waited outside with our bags and bikes...In the end, by 3.30pm we had to telephone the hotel to let them know we had arrived, after that everything was fine.
