Negative: Food at hotel Montana - whilst you cant expect too much for 3 star, we thought chef was trying too hard, too many sauces, too fancy, but as its 3 star it doesn't quite meet expectations, in our opinion simple food done well would ne better than trying to be too fancy... But overall it was fine... we had breakfast and dinner, the dinner was the 'too fancy' part... or chef trying too hard part... but bar area is great... pool tables, etc... and hotel is in an excellent location right next to main lift and ski to the door, literally to the door.
Summary: Perfect location within La Tania, evening food a little iffy, but a great hotel...

Positive: Loved the breakfast (especially the yoghurt and crepes). Nothing to improve on the breakfast.
Negative: We often could only get a late slot for dinner - 20h45, then 20h30 and then 20h00. This was quite late for us. The service at dinner time was also sometimes quite slow - the one evening we had been seated for 45 minutes and had only eaten the starter. It may have been over the busier time. We still enjoyed the food and company.
Summary: We had a wonderful holiday, great weather, great company and great facilities!

Negative: Food was poor. Beds were uncomfortable and the room smelt damp. Spa also wasn’t open until 3pm so if you’d taken a day off skiing you. Couldn’t utilise.
