Positive: I want to leave a detailed review as the others we saw did not explain the reasons for some of their comments. Whilst the hotel was ok, it was exactly that, just ok. Nothing major to make it a miserable stay but so many things that could have made it better. To be clear, we travel a lot and have stayed in many places throughout Europe so many of our thoughts were comparisons to those of similar price and location. While the setting was stunning, the impression from inside was dated and quite gloomy, the WiFi was non existent and the sofa beds are so creaky and uncomfortable that one of my children slept on the carpeted floor to get some sleep, some of the staff were lovely, some not at all welcoming and quite abrupt. We enjoyed a lovely meal on one of the evenings and breakfast was also ok. The pool was great for the kids and plenty of space for relaxing while they played, the cleanliness of the pool side and the mouldy stained sun bed cushions could do with a change. Not a luxury stay by any stretch but the price matched that, and I would say ok for a night or 2, but no more.
Negative: As above, the WiFi not working at all, the sofa bed creaking and lack of comfort, the gloomy feel to the interior.
Summary: Ok, but just that, ok! A few changes could make it really lovely.

Positive: Hotel was set just outside of town which was lovely and quiet. Our room had a balcony overlooking Le Havre, which was amazing. Swimming pool was great. Parking on site which is always important when travelling on a motorbike. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: The location was great, staff welcome was brilliant. Overall the facilities were very good. We loved using both swimming pools.This could be an extremely good hotel.we would return but probably eat out.
Negative: The location was great, staff welcome great. Bathroom and bedroom bad odours mildly disguised by plug in vapours.Breakfast first morning was minimal and un hygienic. Mould in the jam pot covers. Unappetising minimal hot food, coffee machine poor state of cleanliness.On our last morning things had improved. The management of the evening supper was chaotic. We sat down at 7pm. Eventually one main dish was served 9pm. My wife left at that point without having eaten and went to bed. Her food arrived sometime later!! We did not use the restaurant on the 3rd evening. Quality of the food was poor.we had sympathy with the good natured staff who were struggling.
Summary: Would stay again if assurances were given regarding the plumbing and the food/ hygeine
