Positive: Location - walking distance from the Eiffel tower
Negative: Noises - adjacent to the road. Also constant clicking and whining noises from the aircon and other areas. Also, casting my phone onto the TV did not work. There was also a dried blood stain on my duvet cover. But I was so tired to raise the issue.

Positive: The hotel is modern, clean, and well located, with convenient access to shops in the 7ᵉ arrondissement. The staff are welcoming and exceptionally efficient. The lounge feels like a real home—cosy, beautifully arranged, with a large table for working, plenty of books, and soft, pleasant background music. It’s a genuinely comfortable space to relax in.
Negative: The bedroom had very little sound insulation. Noise from the street is almost the same as if the window were open, and the bedroom door lets conversations from the common areas pass through clearly, as if people were inside the room. There is also noise from the room above, though a bit less noticeable. For a light sleeper, this made it difficult to get proper rest. Apart from that, the stay was fine, but the noise levels are important to be aware of.

Positive: Location and staff. Staff very extremely polite and always willing to help.
Negative: Our room was meant to be an upgrade. It was nothing like what the photos of the room on booking.com. It isn’t as spacious, did not have two large windows too let any light. We had a small terrace, which was surrounded by other properties, and due to privacy issues and lack of any views, it was pretty much useless. It did not have the desk and chair as shown in the photo. This particular room was definitely not an upgrade. I was offered a change after we had completed 2 nights out of 4. So, we declined.
