Summary: The hotel is gettingboldcandcrun diwn. Carpets were dirty. Hadvto changecroom cause it wasnt cleaned properly. Fridge wasnt cold asked for assustance and got excuses.

Summary: This hotel needs lots of love ... Room's walls and carpet need serious clean-up. Found a dirty Coffee cup in the room and a old bottle of salade dressing in the semi-working bridge. Floors in the lobby should be cleaned every day, not once in a while. Pool should be vacuumed and cleaned properly. Could be a stunning place to stay if someone cared. But owners do not seem to.

Summary: The air conditioning needs to be cleaned. There were long brown hair all over the ceramic tile in the bathroom...not mine...I have a buzz cut. Ran out of shampoo and the maid didn't replenish it since she didn't make the room. The receptionist was very nice, confirmed that the room was supposed to be cleaned everyday and gave me an extra shampoo but when I asked her about the WiFi she acknowledged that there was a problem but didn't do anything about it. Make sure you have plenty of data left on you cell plan. The TV reception was also poor. I was there 5 nights and didn't have WiFi for 4 nights and TV for 2...I almost forgot, the ice machine was not working yesterday...I think that's it...
