Summary: I’ve stayed in this hotel in past years and I’m sorry to say it has lost its vibe. There used to be soft cool music in the sitting room by the reception. They got rid of a lovely lamp and armchair to add some extra tables for breakfast; yet we never saw anyone having breakfast in 4 days. The tables are now too many, cramped, untidy and uninviting. The table where the breakfast food goes was always undressed. They seemed to be understaffed. We had to ask for toiletries a few times and they were not replaced/refilled. They have switched to refillable body wash and shampoo, which is really commendable. I hope they do the same for hair conditioner and hand soap. The receptionists were nice and helpful as usual.

Summary: The shower thermostat didn't work, it was random whether cold or scalding hot water came out. When we arrived, the shower gel bottle hadn't been refilled, and when we asked for a refill the next day, we were only given a couple of small tubes of shower gel, not a refill of the bottle as we requested. Additionally, there was a bad sewage smell coming from the floor drain. We used the spoons that were in the room and placed them on the towels on the floor for the cleaners, but the same dirty spoons were just placed next to the clean cups again. The location is quite good though as it’s next to the metro/train station, but that’s it, unfortunately.

Summary: Great location and amenities (ie bar & restaurant). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, the only complaint it was very warm & the A/C kept resetting during the night & if we opened the windows, the street noise & smoke was too much.

Summary: Excellent place to stay in Paris, great train and metro options nearby and the hotel is nicely decorated and clean although the rooms can be small so bear that in mind

Summary: A nice 1930s theme. Quiet, despite noisy neighborhood. Area is around two rail stations, so a bit grungy. Convenient for travel, but not great for walking around. Will need to take a metro to get to most attractions.

Summary: Hotel was very chic and I love it. Amenity was good and close to the station. Staff called a taxi and came to on time. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
