Summary: Very disappointing experience. Rooms looked tired with evident scuff marks and hole in cotton duvet. Breakfast ok and pool and views very nice. Not all staff were friendly. Evening dinner very poor indeed snd some staff very unattenrive. Complained on last evening but not given satisfactory method of complaint. Not the experience we were expecting and definately not value for money.

Summary: Lovely hotel, nice and friendly staff. The room was good but I think it could have been better cleaned, but bedsides that, a lovely hotel and stay! Could defintalely come back!

Summary: The hotel is a lovely location and well kept up. it was just not to the level of other I preferred properties I have stayed at. I would recommend the hotel for location and views but the restaurant was not very good and it is hard to leave the property to eat elsewhere. Parking was also hard if your not use to the Terrain of the area but the do have a nice parking lot and valet service.

Summary: Hôtel was very nice but dinner in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. Tempura prawns were cold and definitely not tempura style, ravioli was tasteless
