Positive: Good to have the Spa at the end of the day. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Negative: Room was basic. Didn’t have a good view, but maybe that was because we didn’t request on booking.

Positive: food in the hotel was superb, staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel has superb lounges to relax in and the spa is perfect for apres ski with a good size pool, sauna and steam room. the skiing area is excellent. perfect location for a great ski holiday

Positive: The spa pool is so absolutely amazing after a day of biking. We had the whole place to our self as in the summer it seems very quiet. The rooms were beautiful. Overlooked the mountains. There was parking and a bike shed area. You’re in town with lots of stuff around.
Negative: There was no hot water for a day. This meant after biking cold showers. When we got upset about this staff weren’t very interested and then charged a ridiculous amount for a beer. Maybe if bad things happen the staff could offer a beer or a token for the bar etc. probably would have cheered us up! Instead just “oh yes it’s not been working since yesterday”. Everything is lovely but do not drink at their bar unless you have heaps of money - think it was €11 or something for a large beer. Bike storage is pretty basic - make sure you bring your own decent lock! As it’s accessible by many in the hotel. Didn’t see anywhere to wash bikes, kit or dry wet kit but works over the balcony (don’t think there are washing machines but didn’t ask). The property could probably up their biking game for the summer - however, not the end of the world.
