Positive: The hotel is across form the Louvre and Gardens and a block in front of the high end shopping district. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and the front desk spoke English which made it very easy to check in. The rooms are furnished beautifully and we really loved our stay. We did not eat breakfast at the property but they had a nice bar and we ordered room service one night and the food was delicious. While a little pricey, you cannot beat the location and the service in this hotel . I highly recommend!

Positive: The front desk staff was outstanding and friendly every time we entered and departed the lobby. The room was comfortable and pretty. The location was fantastically convenient.
Negative: We stayed many nights, and a few days the coffee and espresso cups were not replenished.
Summary: Whenever I visit Paris, this is where I'll stay!
