Positive: The property was located close to the beach ( 10 mins walk ) Loads off restaurant within 5 mins walking distance We walked everywhere from the hotel the only time we took taxi was to get from and go to airport 35 mins by taxi. Souk el ahad 20-30mins walk The property itself was nice and clean and it was value for the money. Staff was very helpful. Swimming pool is good size ( can’t make it on the picture )
Negative: There is no elevator other than that this is value for your money.

Positive: Louban is what it says on the tin..nice comfy place to stay, easy going, chilled, great location, right near UNIPRIX for shopping if you want wine etc or gifts. Also very near the beach, but not corporate hotel prices and ' package tourists'. Talborjt is a great place to explore, great restaurants, La Concha excellent sea food. And near the Grand Mosque street restaurants , great tagines . I would avoid the restaurants at the beach, a captive audience. The day beds infant of Nil Blu great value for money, all day about two pounds!! Really good!
Negative: Not one thing..all good value for money...if you want luxury go pay for it at the View or the Decameron..but souless atmospheres..I prefer Fawlty Towers to a Hilton or the Dorchester..each to his own!

Positive: Geat location, beautiful surrounding, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish with excellent service. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. we were very pleased with our stay.
Negative: The pool water was really cold through our our stay.

Positive: There was a mix up with my booking at another hotel, so at 10pm & after 3 other hotels being full, I was extremely grateful for the Louban. While it's 'tired', I preferred it to sleeping on the beach! I didn't fancy the shower but I really liked the pool, which was nicer than the more upmarket hotel I went to next day as the Louban was fully booked. The tabletop stove, fridgefreezer & limited number of kitchenware was useful. The separate sitting area with balcony overlooking the pool was nice. Wifi worked fine which was a relief as I had to search for another hotel the next day. Only approx 10-15 mins from the beach and the same from Wilaya bus stop where the airport bus ends
Negative: It is rather shabby but with renovation could be excellent
Summary: Better than no hotel at all!
