Positive: Good location, comfortable and very helpful staff.
Negative: Room was dark, on ground floor with no real outlook other than very small inner courtyard. Breakfast served in the basement/ cellar so also dark and uninviting on summer days. Primary reason why we sought breakfast elsewhere.
Summary: Works as a base but not to linger in.

Positive: We probably had the smallest room in the hotel, and that is the only reason we've not given it 10/10. We didn't eat here at all so cannot comment on dining/breakfast, but the hotel is very clean. All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area and transport links. Plenty of eateries within short walking distance and 2 Carrefore Express shops within a short walk
Negative: Very little to nothing at all, to not like. (Except small room and small bathroom) Am I being too harsh.....probably!!

Positive: The staff welcome was lovely and I liked the fact that my luggage was delivered to my room. There is a nice waiting room near reception which has very interesting paintings and I loved the personal and cosy feeling of the place The bedroom décor and cleanliness was great and bed reasonably comfortable. There are renovations going on but these did not impact me and I loved the cookies as a thank you for any inconvenience during the renovations time ... very thoughtful!
Negative: Shower cubicle was really too small for a reasonable sized person to have a decent shower. The actual bathroom was also small, honestly, I expected better.
Summary: Great location & lovely friendly staff!

Positive: Excellent location - close to metro and Blvd St Germain, but blissfully quiet. Wonderful staff - courteous, attentive, professional, helpful. Lovely amenities and common areas, clean, full of character with exposed beams. Great shower and water pressure. Highly recommend.

Positive: This hotel is very good, stuff is amazing, they are very welcome, very attentive to guests, help every time. So we can recommend this hotel as a very good place to be in this part of the city. And they are very polite and quick wiht answers on email, solve all issues that you have. Great hotel.
Negative: It's old and maybe guest don't like that it's not modern, but it has its beauty in it.
