Positive: Everything was amazing. The decor and facilities were warm, welcoming, chic and well presented. The location was fantastic with ski to door. The staff and owners were very welcoming and the service outstanding. The food was authentic and home cooked to a very high standard. Would definitely return.

Negative: The hotel and staff were friendly and inviting. However, the only gripe is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and WiFi was very poor had to use my data the whole trip.

Positive: The spa area was lovely. Pool was nice with jacuzzi style jets. Sauna n steam room good.
Negative: Considering our room was a "comfort" room it was a little small .

Positive: Super friendly staff and owner. Very flexible to demands. Suite was excellent, some simple double rooms on the small side. Small room did not have coffee but suite had. Every room comes with balcony.
