Summary: Overall a nice hotel. A little pricey but the room was immaculate. The in room amenities were good and it was very clean. The hotel was booked solid but very quiet. They had a handicapped spot in front of the hotel but they did not have a handicap access button to open the door which was a little odd. The balcony was nice but you couldnt smoke on it. A little weird. You had to go downstairs and there was no real place to sit outdoors. That was annoying. I guess if you are a handicapped smoker stay elsewhere. I am not sure if we would return as there are cheaper and closer options available.

Summary: The only frustrating aspect was there is no person to talk to at reception to ask questions. I wanted recommendations like things to do and places to see especially since I’m from Ontario and don’t speak French so I needed a bit of guidance but couldn’t get any. Mostly I wanted to get recommendations for ski season. Ski in ski out was mostly my objective but still we had a great time and would still recommend with a warning there is no person at reception to speak to.

Summary: Despite some confusion checking in virtually with no reception desk, the room was lovely and well appointed. The sole issue we had was technical difficulties with the TV. We would recommend it highly and would certainly go again.
