Summary: This is a small boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms did not look as big or lux as the pictures online however they were clean and comfortable. The beds are firm in a great way. Very comfortable! Despite being on a busy street the sound was quiet at night and peaceful. The best part is the staff!! Each and every person who works there were so kind and helpful to us. My mom had a bad fall at Notre Damn and we needed bags of ice multiple times a day and they provided this with concern and warmth. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The staff at this small hotel was the standout of my experience. Having a gym is important to me and I was a little disappointed that it was a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel but it was such a cool space and had great amenities that it was worth the short walk. The staff were all super helpful and legitimately cared about all the guests but that was never more apparent as when there was a power outage in that neighbourhood for several hours on my last day. The staff all rallied and looked after all the guests like we were family.

Summary: Hotel is very quiet, clean and in a convenient location to a couple of different neighborhoods. The staff is lovely. We never saw anyone in the lobby bar, which seemed nice, but there was absolutely no activity there. The room layout was a bit awkward - a good size, but odd. The bathroom had a great shower - but no counter space for toiletries - just not very well laid out.

Summary: Room was well equipped and property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel with one caveat, that we booked this hotel specifically because it offered valet parking and it did not. We did not want to deal with parking in Montreal. We were not notified until we outreached the day before our arrival for instructions that it had been discontinued effective 9/1. The lack of communication was disappointing and having to deal with parking in a very limited and congested area was inconvenient. Had we known we may have chosen to move our accommodations.

Summary: We went to a show at L’Olympia and wanted a hotel in walkable distance. We loved the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our balcony and shower. The hotel was quiet too. Our breakfast was delicious. The only negatives (but not a big deal) were some stains on our carpet and the door didn’t close easily. We would definitely stay again.
