Negative: Ski storage area was cramped and needs more benches. Parking in Tigne is expensive.

Positive: honestly the building and furniture is a little run down and there some hints all over the place that this hotel is past it’s prime. BUT: that was the charm To me because I genuinely got the vibe of being in the last stage of the grand Budapest Hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is impeccable.
Negative: The breakfast is nice but nothing special.
Summary: Impeccable staff in a convenient location with a unique vibe.

Positive: Good value for money. Brilliant location and good breakfast. Clean & well equipped. Comfortable beds and a deep bath to soak in after a day on the slopes
Negative: Lumpy pillows No room in the restaurant for our entire 4-night stay. We were only told this when we asked to book a table on our first evening after arriving at 5.30pm after a long day of travelling. We would have appreciated some warning that advance restaurant reservations were necessary. No response to two messages sent to the hotel ahead of our stay.
Summary: Great location, comfortable, good breakfast. Advance reservations for the restaurant are a must

Positive: Excellent location, comfy room, nice facilities, enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Negative: The hotel is owned by Belambra now so was slightly confusing to find looking for La Diva. There is a sign for La Diva at street level but the large hotel sign is Belambra.
