Summary: Service was not good. Room was smelly and humid and even though online rooms were available they told us that they couldn’t change us. They only changed the day after and made people sleep in an unacceptable condition. They pretended to be nice but were completely uncooperative and found all kind of reasons for their actions. Unfortunately not up to the standards to be expected for a 4 star hotel.

Summary: This hotel is in a great location. Tram stop and underground stops nearby. 15 min walk to main train station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and easy walk down to the sea front. The room was nice and clean. It was small but was fine just for us to sleep in and definitely worth the price. Desk staff were all bilingual (at least) and were helpful with every request. Minor fault: The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear the cleaners and other guests occasionally. You can hear the trams also but these don’t run much at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Summary: The stay at the hotel was perfect. Great location and a nice room. However, I would not recommend other guests to book a taxi through the hotel. I did this to get to the airport, and found the ride very unpleasant. The driver was aggressive, constantly accelerating hard and braking sharply. When I asked for a receipt, I was told I would receive it electronically by providing my phone number. I entered my number, but never received any receipt, so this taxi ride ended up being a financial loss for me, as I cannot get a refund without a receipt.

Summary: Loved our stay ❤️ the hotel couldn't be in a better place. It was clean, in a lovely area, staff was wonderful, & super central - perfect location to explore Nice on foot. Highly recommend

Summary: Cleaning services was great, staffs are friendly. The bedroom are small and noise level is high. The bed is not very comfortable. The shower barriers are not tightly sealed and water gets to the floor every time you shower. It gets messy

Summary: This hotel was in a great location. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite. It was tough dropping off our luggage as there is really no place to stop and parking is really far away. Other than the parking, our stay was wonderful here.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: the staff are helpful and the room, although not large, was very clean and comfortable. (A small suggestion: coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would be most welcome. There is a coffee machine in the vestibule, charging €2 a time. Perhaps a little bit cheeky!) The beauty of this hotel is that it is right in the centre, close to seafront and the main streets, with lots of lovely places to eat and good bars. Even so, it is not noisy. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for a good reasonable place from which to explore Nice.
