Summary: They didnt give the hotels.com vip member upgrade plus late check out. Also had to ask myself for the vip drink… steaming sauna not working. Otherwise it would been perfect score.

Summary: Air conditioning did not even come close to working properly. heat wave in any other city would have had a good air system to cool down the occupants. This hotel did not and I could not sleep properly at all! also, saw a mouse in the lobby while I was on my phone. not good at all! staff was friendly and helpful, that was all good.

Summary: Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful. It included a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There were also complimentary bottles of water and a complimentary cocktail or mock tail. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The spa was very nice, the only criticism I have about the spa was in relation to the steamroom. I used it 3 times and only 1 of those times was there actually steam in it. Otherwise everything was amazing. Would recommend
