Positive: Very easy to get to the hotel from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some members of staff spoke better English than others but as I was not in England, I was expecting this...my very basic school German was not that helpful! The hotel room was clean, and a good size and the bed was very comfortable after a day walking around exhibition halls. The shower was probably one of the nicest I have used in a hotel (and the products supplied smelt lovely). My room had a small balcony which was nice to sit on and look over the river. The restaurant next door (run by the same family I believe) was lovely. The evening meal I had was delicious and there was a good selection for breakfast.
