Positive: The view was magnificent! You can see Ha Long Bay from the balcony. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi was working great and parking is great as well (underground).

Positive: The view from the windows, the balcony, walk-in shower, and kitchenette. In the vicinity of the apartment there are many grocery shops, and fruit/vegetables stalls. The host rented me a bicycle, which was very useful for cycling to Marina Beach (about 5-7 min), and Bai Chay beach (about 20-25 min). The host was very kind, sociable, and extremely helpful. We had a dinner together, and I learnt many interesting things about Vietnam. She booked for me a place on a bus to Hanoi, which was very convenient because the bus picked me up from the apartment, and drop me off at my destination point in Hanoi.

Negative: I missed a table and a chair to work in the apartment, but I managed. Marina Bay Beach, and Bai Chay beach were not clean (much litter), and the sea water was muddy. Yet, I went there when tide was rather low, and maybe at high tide the sea is more transparent, and less brown.

Positive: Lovely place to relax after touring Vietnam. The lady that showed us in, lives in the same building and offered to help should we need. Visit the local village/street alongside the new complex, food and drink are good, the people are friendly.

Negative: the cleaning could really be improved, there were pieces of rotten meat and other stuff left in the garbage, I had to leave the garbage bin on the balcony
