The HA Whitney in is located at the intersection of Highways 151, 73, 16, 60 & -89. We are 1.5 blocks from the Columbus, Wisconsin Amtrak station; aproximately 31 minutes from the Dane County regional airport in Madison; 38 minutes from the University of Wisconsin, Madison; 1 hour 33 minutes from the General Mitchell International airport, Milwaukee; approximately 2 hours 19 minutes from O'Hare International airport, Chicago; and approximately 1 hour south of Wisconsin Dells. We are 1/2 block from the historic Downtown Columbus business district and about 3 blocks from the largest Antiques mall in Wisconsin. The town offers many good restaurants and beautiful architecture, including the Luis Sullivan Jewel Box, just two blocks away.
NOTE: There is a new EV Charger 2 blocks south behind city hall.

Summary: The Whitney was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family. It has every amenity you could want and is very clean and quiet. The lawn area is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the cool Wisconsin weather!

Summary: The location was easy to find, easy to access, had great food options around (especially for such a small town), and was a joy to stay in. Things were well stocked and everything was clean and orderly. If I'm ever in the area again, staying here will be a no-brainer.

Summary: my husband and I stayed here for a wedding and honestly it was so quaint and in a peaceful little spot! the room was very clean and they stocked the fridge for us as well and we weren't expecting that at all. the property owners were very sweet people as well! close by the downtown area of Columbus so everything was in walking distance
