It features four spacious bedrooms, four ample bathrooms, and one half bathroom. This unique property is ringed by a series of terraces, ideal for sunbathing or taking in the ocean view.
The living area, located on the penthouse's main level, has a lavish sofa and a flat screen TV with US satellite programing, as well as a round table for four diners. It is connected to the residence's main terrace by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which create a single ocean breeze-infused space.
