Summary: A charming hacienda with beautiful grounds. It is showing its age in places but is generally well-maintained. Thoroughly enoyed the fireplaces for cool mornings/evenings in the restaurant, drawing room, and our room. Service was excellent. The horseback ride with Ubertero was a highlight of our stay. A great place to stay in the Otovalo area.

Summary: Beautiful hacienda with well appointed rooms.WiFi very slow or almost not working l...elegant garden and ground. At the Time of check in, staff thought my booking was canceled...at the time of checkout I had to show the Orbitz confirmation as the charge is different from confirmation. In the end it was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant experience!
