Summary: This is not a place you go when you work so sad for me. Such a gem in the middle of the desert. Quiet and cute, old style native environment. Rooms are comfy and cute. Just lovely. The only hiccup, the food at the restaurant needs an improvement. Chef doesn’t seem experienced in culinary, I would upgrade a bit. Service was awesome.

Summary: Traditionally, we have loved this resort, but this last visit felt sadly underwhelming and worn down. I believe the main reason for our displeasure stemmed from the resort catering solely to the Mother's Day Brunch crowd. We certainly understand the need to celebrate Mother's Day. Honestly, that was why we went for an overnight. it was in fact why we too opted for overnight escape, but what we found was that the hotel seemed to cater only to those joining for brunch on Mother's Day and ignoring those of us actually staying their resort.

Summary: Such a treat! A throw back in time. One of the few historic independent resorts still standing. We were in the Tracy-Hepburn casita which is fabulous - best for 2 couples or a family.

Summary: Beautiful resort with large comfortable rooms. Ours had a patio with a nice view of the mountains . My only complaint was Sunday evening there was a wedding reception on the grounds and our room was very near the venue. The music played loudly until midnight. I didn't complain because I didn't want to disrupt a wedding, but feel that is a little late for music to be playing so loudly. Definitely kept me away till they stopped.
