Summary: Absolutely amazing stay. Unlike any hotel I have visited before with a fascinating back story. We loved wandering the grounds and exploring the hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and they offered many activities. We did the cave tour (a must!), the beer and chocolate tasting, the long trail walk, a horseback ride, and a night hike. The food was phenomenal, and they catered to our vegetarian diet. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. More people need to be visiting this gem.

Summary: Magical and beautiful place to spend a weekend. Super relaxing. Plenty of activities to do. Restaurant has great food. Our stay was a little expensive, but worth it. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the unpaved road to get to the Hacienda was full of holes and was very slick and dangerous.
