Positive: Excellent kitchen for self catering. Warm and cosy. Friendly host, who went out of his way to check we had all we needed. There was a decorated Christmas tree in the living area.
Negative: I have mobility problems. Barn is all on one level and shower room is superb except there a no grip handles in the walk in shower. The sofa was low and dining chairs high, so used my wheelchair as a seat. To be fair we did not ask for a height appropriate chair.
Summary: Fantastic cosy barn for 2.

Positive: Nicely done up, quality appliances and good size for 2 people, off road parking space, good location.
Negative: The bed was a bit too hard and the positioning of the sofa and TV were a bit too close, a bit noisy on the main road and the church bell ringing every hour.
