Positive: The place was clean and well equipped. It was not along the meadow side but inside the inner court along driveways with lots of outside noise. The double bed is just a double bed, not a queen. All was well otherwise. 😊

Positive: Location was excellent. Bus stop was super close. Exceptionally clean and very roomy for the area. Rare to find a place with 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in that location.
Negative: Nothing. It was great.

Positive: Excellent location in which to explore the alps on both sides of the valley. Quiet, clean and everything functional.
Negative: It would have been nice to have some small coffee or tea supplies; but overall a wonderful stay.
Summary: We would definitely come back as this is an ideal location for access to Schilthorn, Jungfrau, Eiger, etc.

Positive: I love the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a very convenient place. It's easy to get the train station, bus station. Aldi, department stores, restaurants, and the farmers market.
Negative: The shower curtain is old and strained. It needs to be be replaced once in a while. One of the comforters in the room had a bad smell. I will definitely love to stay in this hotel again next time.

Positive: Spacious, clean, great view, comfortable, responsive staff. Staff checked on us twice, and replaced dull and bent knives on request. Convenient laundry and dishwasher. Awesome water pressure. Loved the deck space. Close to bus stop.
Negative: Noisy upstairs neighbors - chairs sliding on the floor at early and late hours. Smaller bathroom shower drain needs a clean out. Staff advised the unit has a nespresso, so we bought nespresso pods. It was Nescafé, and pods are only available at Migros, the nearest in Interlaken. We had a car, but did not expect this extra run.
