Summary: Great location on a hill on the coast near hagi, with a fishing port nearby. Wonderful views from rooms and from outside pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food.

Summary: Hotel room was very clean & staff were very nice. However, they didn't have a PC、so I coudn't access to some information which I wanted to check. Hot spring was nice & overall experience was pleasant.

Summary: The view is incredible as this hotel is located on a mountain-side overlooking the bay of Hagi. (You have a view from the lobby to your room as well as the open-air bath!) The geography is so unique that it's like something out of a fantasy... I thoroughly enjoyed my stay including the Japanese-style dinner with local delicacies. Highly recommended ; )

Summary: Close to charming city Hagi with all its historical houses, the hotel was an oasis on the slope of a peninsula with great views of the hilly coastline and the Japanese Sea. Very helpful tourist information at the Higashi Hagi train station.

Summary: The hotel staff was wonderful. They were helpful and did their best with us being English Speakers. The hotel is on a hilltop outside of town, so the views are fantastic, but it is not near a station. The pond just down the road is beautiful, there are fish you can feed, and hawks that will also eat the bread if you throw it up instead of in the pond. The hotel's public bath is really relaxing and quiet. It was a great stay overall.
