Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I booked this appartement for my dad and my uncle, the location was very nice so that's a good thing

Negative: My dad told the host that they will arrive at 11 am, they officially arrived at 2 pm. Once they arrived at the location THEN they started to clean the appartment, so the appartment wasn't clean before they arrived. Secondly the accomodation didn't have any toilet paper, like there was NO toilet paper at all. Thirdly they gave my dad dish soap instead of shampoo in the bathroom. The location was very very nice, but all these things were horrible.
