Positive: Stunning area and lodge right next to the river. We booked a Camping2Go tent for 4 people. The tent was very spacious and had a full bathroom attached to it. Very clean and well maintained facilities. It also has everything you need for cooking utensils and an outside barbeque. We choose to eat dinner at the River Restaurant, which was in a beautiful setting next to the river and had a huge thatch roof. The buffet offered everything you needed (also for veggies). Breakfast had a delicious variety as well. The pool area was also very lovely. Also not to forget: the staff was very welcoming and amazing!

Summary: Perfect river stay in Rundu with amazing views and staff!

Positive: The view from the deck. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: Some of the staff were not very accommodating and tried to tell us, several times, what we should want instead of letting us decide what we wanted - particularly in terms of us taking the food we had ordered back to the tent. Also the tent was showing its age - a broken zip on the inside flap meant that we had to keep the outside flap shut at all times to stop insects getting in.

Positive: Do to the high waters of the Okavango river we were fortunate and received an upgrade to the lodge at no extra cost. Due to the road to the lodge being closed of, we were transported to and from the lodge by boat which was fabulous.
