Positive: Great location, very close to the beach! The apartment was spotless, with huge balconies and air conditioning in every room. It was also really clean. The host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. He left us plenty of coffee, baklava, bottled water and lots of bathroom supplies. The bathrooms were exceptionally well equipped, with a wide range of thoughtful amenities and essentials, so we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. He also checked in with us via message in the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or if we required any additional supplies. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Positive: Location, staff, fully stocked amenities, clean room.
Negative: Beds were not exceptionally comfortable. The key needing to be in place for the air-conditioning to work made it inconvenient when we wanted to split up at night. And unfortunately, there is a lot of dust from the construction that Track in the apartment, but we do not blame the host for that.
Summary: Fantastic stay very responsive and friendly staff. Really appreciate it fully stocked amenities. 100% would stay there a

Positive: An Absolute Gem! Perfect Stay! ★★★★★ We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, brand new, and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better- it is incredibly close to both the center and the promenade, making it super easy to walk everywhere. What truly made our vacation perfect, though, was the hosts. They are amazingly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Summary: This place offers incredible value for money. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely stay here again!

Positive: The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything. Andreas has put a lot of effort to take care of his place. Once we arrived, we found water bottles in the fridge, coffee capsules and some baklava, which was a really nice gesture. The apartment is modern and comfortable. It has all the facilities you might need, like good air conditioners, WIFI, a smart tv and a full kitchen with all its equipments. The rooms are spacious with a lot of storing spaces. The beds are really comfortable. The apartment is centrally located, you can walk around Larnaca’s old town in a few minutes.

Positive: Antreas is an excellent host. He welcomed us personally. The apartment has everything you need for a longer and shorter stay. Everything you need has been thought of and even more. Coffee machine with coffee capsules (lots of coffee cups) and a surprise treat - delicious baklava. Bottles of drinking water in the fridge. Shampoo, shower gel, and personal hygiene items in the bathrooms. Bright rooms, comfortable beds. Our holidays were perfect. Be sure to take the opportunity and visit the restaurant (Grill Chef) recommended by Antreas - friendly prices and extremely delicious grilled seafood and meat, and Greek salad.
Negative: There is extensive road resurfacing work taking place in the city centre (May, 2026), please be prepared to be woken up in the morning by construction work and vehicles on the streets. Please note that these are only temporary disruptions and do not affect the comfort or value of this apartment in any way.
