Summary: We rented the property for our daughter's sorority parents' weekend, as well as a MSU football game weekend. I was a little concerned because it was one of the last rentals available. However, the house was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was close to the campus, but off the beaten path. With the game being on a cold dark night and us not knowing the area well, we didn't feel comfortable walking. Otherwise, I think the house is in reasonable walking distance to campus. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Summary: We stayed here for a game weekend. There was lots of room everything was very clean. The hosts were very informative and easy to contact if needed. 15-20 minute walk to the football stadium and about 30 minute walk to the cotton district. We never had to drive anywhere. Overall 10/10
