Positive: The location..excellent..the restaurant at hotel ….breakfast was terrible….our room was clean..bathroom was clean and very nice…view in room was great..headboard was in rough shape on king bed..bed however was comfy..sheets and towels were lovely..

Negative: The head board could be changed as it was really in rough shape..the couch in room was stained.we had no pool or hot tub during our stay..we both have arthritis and one thing we had counted on was soaking in the hot tub at end of busy days…nothing was offered to us to compensate…it was extremely disappointing.

Positive: Great view, excellent service, connected to everywhere I needed to be.

Negative: How third party booking sites and the hotel directly don’t seem to update automatically. I had to pay damage deposit twice and almost had to pay for my room twice. It is a beautiful building and space, but there is so much going on at once, That your R&R gets disturbed quite quickly with all the noise and foot traffic. My elderly grandmother did not get a wink of sleep with all the running around going on.
