Positive: The house was cleaned, comfortable and useful utilities. The private parking also near to the condo's door. They also have visitor parking not so far away from the building if guess have more than 1 car. Even if the house at the 17th floor, the lift is really fast, comfortable and smooth. The owner also prepared laundry's soap and softener, drinking water, 3in1 drinks, some water and ice in the refrigerator, cooking utensils and utilities so u can easily cook, washing machine and dryer machine, warm shower, and we really satisfied with our stay.

Negative: I thought that the condo is near to town, but i was wrong. I didn't check the map first. It takes around 5-10 minutes to go to the town nearby. The condo was far inside the village housing. But so far its okay, not to far. And it was enjoying. It was a new condo and mostly brand new utilities.
