Positive: Value for money: If your goal is to spend as little as possible while questioning every decision you’ve ever made, this place absolutely delivers. Dollar for trauma, the value is unbeatable.     •    Getting the car out: Completing the car park exit legitimately felt like beating the final boss in a video game. I’ve never been prouder of a three-point turn.     •    Survival skills: Staying here is basically a free urban survival course. You leave stronger, wiser, and with a renewed appreciation for walls that don’t vibrate when your neighbour sneezes.
Negative: e stayed in some questionable places before, but this one… this one deserves its own episode of CSI: Booking.com. Calling it a “property” feels generous. It’s more like a government-funded social experiment to see how quickly paying guests can lose hope. First, the front door. Or should I say, the concept of a front door. Because the actual door was nowhere to be found. It’s basically an open invitation to every breeze, stray cat, and opportunistic passer-by. I’ve had more security waiting for my coffee at McDonald’s. Inside, the décor theme is Sticky Dystopia. Floors, walls, switches — everything has that unpleasant tacky feel that makes you want to book a tetanus booster. Every step was a reminder that cleanliness had abandoned this place long ago. The bathroom is an architectural insult. A vertical coffin with plumbing. You need to exhale just to close the door. If you can turn around without dislocating something, congratulations — you’ve achieved the impossible. And just when you think the suffering plateaus, you discover the neighbours. The walls are so thin they may as well be politely whispering “don’t mind us.” You can hear every step, every conversation, every snack wrapper, every toilet flush. At one point I wasn’t sure if they were in their room or ours. It’s less ‘accommodation’ and more ‘mandatory group living exercise.’ Parking is a high-stress puzzle game. Imagine playing Tetris in real life, except instead of colourful blocks it’s anxious holidaymakers trying not to trade paint. Every attempt to leave felt like a collaborative escape room — except no one is having fun. And yes, it was cheap. So cheap that I now understand it wasn’t a bargain; it was a red flag waving desperately in the digital wind. This wasn’t accommodation — it was an urban survival simulator.
Summary: A cheap but unforgettable urban experience!!
