Summary: The young lady who checked me in was wonderful it was the manager who was very rude. I asked the young lady who was checking me in to give me a room in the back so I can see my car. The manager screamed across the hotel no, she was so unprofessional and rude. Then the room that I was given when I went to check in, I was welcome with garbage in front of my room, dirty laundry and that stayed there all night and even the next day when I checked out, it was still there.

Summary: Hotel needs updating,some lighting didn’t work and toilet needed to be flushed at least four times,will be staying elsewhere if in the area again.

Summary: Ordered 1 king bed room, got a 1 queen room. Telephone not working. Bed uncomfortable, pillows old, cigarette holes in multiple locations in a non smoking room. Vending machine products all over on year expired, ice machine broken. Coffee Terrible.

Summary: I see that some reviews said the staff was friendly...that was not our case. They weren't overly rude but just not interested in providing good or great customer service. While the sheets were clean, the bathroom just wasn't. The tub had mold around the edges. The bedroom area was not clean behind end tables and bed where we needed to find an outlet. Even crumbs of food. :( The breakfast was GREAT! Super clean area and many options. We too loved the opportunity to get coffee anytime of day. We didn't need much, customer service and cleanliness, but didn't receive either.

Summary: Pros: Staff is very good. Breakfast is appealing. Cons: Carpet inside and outside the room is stinking. Need to do a deep cleaning. Mattresses are old and need to replace. Overall hotel is good for the price I paid.
