Summary: This adorable home is located just down the lane from the water and in a secluded area that is still just a short distance from shopping and dining. There were just two of us staying for work nearby but there's room for an army in this place, which has me hoping that I can return some day with my large family. All of the conveniences were provided and communication from the owner was on point. I could not have been happier with this property.

Summary: The cottage was just what I was looking for with the Bay beach at the end of the road. It has so many extras, like paddle board, floats, bikes, beach chairs... Family and friends enjoyed very much. Looking forward to going back next summer!

Summary: House has the genuine old school feel of the Hamptons that we love. A hop, skip and a jump away from the bay for sunset strolls and anytime dips in a perfect temperature water. House is the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in which was so appreciated since we flew in for our vacation. Comfortable beds, beautiful patio and a heavenly outdoor shower. Host was on point at every turn.

Summary: The location is great, just a short walk to the bay and a 15 minute drive to the ocean. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults with room to be together and room to spread out. Backyard had lots of seating and the house was the best supplied rental we have been in. Hosts responded quickly to all communications. Thank you!

Summary: It was a quintessential beach cottage vacation. We loved how close we were to the spectacular bay beach. We went every single day of our stay. Clean, never crowded, fish in the water so bring snorkel. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed from cooking essentials to games to Netflix. Sheets & towels were hotel quality and freshly laundered. We’re apartment dwellers, so it was especially nice to have a yard for a week. The grill and hot tub are new and were a real treat to have.

Summary: We enjoyed our time and stay at Ellen and Mark's property. The short walk to the beach (literally down the road) was our favorite part. The house was fully equipped with cleaning and paper products - Just what we need during these times (thank you!). The property itself was nestled in the woods, again, footsteps to a lovely bay beach and just a short ride to the stores in Hampton Bays and a little bit of a further ride to neighboring West and Southampton towns. Also had a great new big TV which was easy to navigate, we could watch cable or stream from our own electronic devices. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the downstairs den but was a great option to have and would be great for larger groups or for children. We will definitely be considering another stay here when looking for another beach getaway in the Hamptons!

Summary: We had a very relaxing and comfortable weekend at Ellen's cottage. She was extremely easy to communicate with—before our trip she suggested several helpful tips and recommendations, and also allowed us flexible check-in/check-out times which we much appreciated! Our long weekend was spent with hours on the sun-filled front porch playing games, reading, and sharing meals; we also enjoyed the hot tub around back most nights, as well as the 3 minute walk to the nearby beach. The house had everything we needed, and stores were less than a 10 minute drive. We were two couples and found the layout of the house to offer separation/privacy. (Note that the first queen bedroom + bathroom were on the first/main floor, and the second queen bedroom + bathroom were on the basement level, so be aware of needing to climb stairs). Overall, it was a perfect quiet and relaxing vacation away from the city!
