Summary: Overall this is a regular, comfortable hotel, nothing special. Got some problems with my TV and remote control, personal didn’t help at all and didn’t provide me new TV or remote , and didn’t propose to change a room, when I tried to get help through hotels.com front desk didn’t pick up the phones.

Summary: Perfect stay in Brest,Belarus. Awesome staff ,clean upscale rooms ,taste breakfast and etc. I was very surprised that they not 5 star yet. Reception administrator Victoria provided late check out free of charge. I’m very happy and recommend this place,will definitely comeback again.Thanks !
