Summary: Good location, must-see places are walking distance to the hotel. Breakfast could have been richer in terms of content and provide more traditional Gaziantep dishes.

Summary: We had issues at check-in where staff were abrupt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had to literally drag all our luggage up a ramp into the building whilst carrying my daughter. The room was dusty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor which seeped into the room. I raised some of these issues with the manager Khedir who was actually very nice and helpful. He sent a fruit platter to apologise, which we appreciated. However, that very same day we came back to a room where they had not left a single towel. On checkout again, I was offered no help with moving my luggage down onto the street to be loaded into a taxi. The location of this hotel is however excellent. That tram stop is literally across the road, or you could take a leisurely stroll down to the old city.

Summary: Good hotel for a stop over, breakfast had a good variety of options. Room was clean and large. Parking was on the street but next to the hotel where there is security watching. Can recommend.
