Summary: Great spot directly north of the boardwalk and on the Ocean. Even a partial view balcony is really an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. Easy parking right there covered or on the side it’s easy in and out. The staff were friendly available 24/7 and we have stayed 3 times already and every time was great. Plus it’s just far enough off the main drag that you don’t too get much happening at night so it’s quite peaceful. Beds are great rooms are spacious and balconies are a great spot to have a relaxing drink before or after dinner. Also perfect for the beach or the concerts we frequently see at the Casino Ballroom 6 minutes away if you’re walking the way we do. For the way there we find it’s fast and even nicer to walk on the water’s edge and then rinse off at the main Hampton Beach State Park facilities and half shell outdoor concert stage, (directly across from the Casino Ballroom. I would recommend it every time if you’re spending a night or four this is one of our favorite spots.

Summary: We have stayed here a few times and the staff are always very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with crisp white linens. The beach is very close right across the street. The balcony was nice to sit and enjoy the views. Everything we needed was within walking distance so we did not need to drive anywhere. Look forward to our next visit.

Summary: The staff, from front desk to housekeeping were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean. There were no amenities such as coffee maker or microwave in the room. But coffee was always on in the lobby. The elevator is slow. The beach is right across the street. The hotel is away from the hubbub of the boardwalk, but an easy five minute walk away. There’s a great little cafe just a few steps away serving excellent breakfast sandwiches, specialty coffee drinks and smoothies.

Summary: Every room has a view of the ocean, it’s across from the boardwalk, very convenient location. Staff were great and it was clean and comfortable, I would return!

Summary: I was so happy- actually ecstatic how clean our room was. No mold! No moldy, musty smell! Felt sanitized and clean. Bed and pillows were very clean and comfy. They do not have coffee, hairdryer or iron in the room but they offer coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the lobby plus there are two places next door to get breakfast If you need a hairdryer or iron, they can provide one for you. They also have a fridge in the room. Great view of the ocean. Very happy with our stay there

Summary: The free parking was convenient and accessible. We loved having a view of the ocean from our balcony. The Coffee and hot chocolate were a big hit with us! Refrigerator in the room was a good size and came in very handy. The room was plenty big for the four of us (2 children).

Summary: The place and location was perfect. Great room and great ocean front view. Great breakfast shop right next door! Walk across the street to the beach!! Perfect again!!!
