Summary: When we arrived front desk was no where to. Be found for over 15 minutes. Got our room keys to go all the way to the room and keys not work then wait again for front desk to show up to rekey. Bathtub was horrible, dirty , we skipped showering just not to deep our toes in that tub

Summary: We couldnt figure out the shower, if its so unusual, you would think they would have instructions. There response was to wake up everybody in the room and call us to ask how it works. Why?

Summary: Very average stay this time. Breakfast was acceptable each morning. Our bathroom smelled like the sewer was backing up not sure if Hotel was experiencing issues during the week we were there. Not pleasant at all. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all week

Summary: We paid for a king room and got 2 queen bed, receptionist didn’t explain anything, we had to ask why the extra charge that was a deposit.

Summary: We usually are able to get into rooms 45min. to hr earlier this is the first hotel not having rooms ready, they need to hire more cleaning staff
