Summary: Good value for money. The hotel is well situated for stores and restaurants, about 25 mins from Baltimore Inner Harbor. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was very good, and the common areas were clean. The room was a little dated, but had everything we needed for the price. I would stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Booked a room with a queen bed...and paid for it...got to my room it was a double bed. They never came to clean my room or bring fresh towels.

Summary: We were in town for a concert and needed public transportation. Google said there was a bus that passed in front of the hotel but we couldn't find the bus stop. When we asked for help at the front desk, the employee called his manager to help us. She was in the middle of conversing with another employee and she stopped and not only explained where to go she walked us there and made sure we were safe. When the bus never came she helped us call a Lyft and made sure we got in safely. The property and hotel itself were very clean and the pool was refreshing and well maintained. There is an incredible shopping/eating plaza across the street with amazing food. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Summary: Air conditioner in bedroom sounded like a jet plane taking off. Sofa needed cleaning and repair. Carpet was filthy. No dish cleaning items and no dishes to use.
