Positive: The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast daily was good.

Negative: The pool being down for maintenance while we were there was a huge inconvenience for us. We booked using Booking.com so we weren't aware that the pool had been down since February when we booked. While we enjoyed the stay overall, we booked knowing the hotel had the pool for the kids. When we arrived, it was cold and rainy making our original plans to relax in the hotel and swim difficult.

Negative: There were tiny bugs (honestly looked like baby roaches) crawling around the sink area of room 303. I immediately told the front desk and his response was “No, we don’t have bugs here” even after I showed a video that was filmed 5 minutes prior …. Next day I saw more of them and showed the front desk, she also said “we don’t have bugs but happy to switch your room”.
