Summary: Staff was great, breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at hotels, they reacted very quickly when ever something came up.

Summary: The pool was out of commission for repairs, but we were able to use the pool at the sister property right on the same lot. At 11 o'clock at night, we were woken up by kids running in the hallway, screaming. And when we reported it to the front desk, they stated that it was a hockey tournament that they had a contract with and with their apologies, there was nothing they could do. We stated that was unacceptable , and they had no problem refunding our stay in full. I would reserve rooms with them again because they did the best they could in that situation.
