Summary: Hotel is definitely showing its age. Couldn’t really figure out how to work the thermostat. Plumbing and fixtures seemed like they weren’t professionally installed. Room did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly upon checking in. Found a dirty pair of socks from a previous guest.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay. Staff was so friendly. Woke up and had breakfast. Waffle makers and eggs and sausage and potatoes. Good stay. Recommend taking pillows. The ones in the room a little flat but that’s my only complaint really. Nice location as well.

Summary: The hotel is in great shape. The bedroom was great and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. The only drawback is the bathroom faucet is miserably designed and flows down very low into the center of the sink (terrible design for anyone wanting to brush their teeth while staying. Lol). Breakfast was good, tons of options and was available to 10am, which is nice compared to some other hotels. Checkout also was at noon, rather than 11 which I also appreciated.

Summary: I was in meetings all day and checked in at about 10PM. The room was clean but very warm, 75 to 80 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner to lower the temp to 70, and about 5 minutes in, the AC started to make a horrible noise that lasted for about 5 minutes. I waited a bit and this process continued about every 20 minutes, 15 minute of quiet and then 5 minutes of horrible rattling, I called the desk and was told they were sorry but the maintenance staff had gone home and that they were full. I had to sleep in a room that was about 80 degrees all night long, and all the hotel staff had to say was "We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay."
